the guardian was surprised at what she was seeing. “oh.. uh… h-hello.”

“Hello? HELLO? HELLLOOOOO? Is that the best you can do in the presence of His Infernal Majesty? Your manors are favorable to that of an ant.” this would not be the first time that satan had taken such a confused response to his appearance as an insult, would not be the last time either.

Her brows curved at his acerbic response. “Your temper is shorter than I thought. Does the ‘His Infernal Majesty’ abbreviate to HIM? I’ve always wondered if it was an acronym for something.” A corner of her lip curled up as she scratched the back of her head, awkwardly. Though she wasn’t afraid of being in the presence of the devil himself, she didn’t want to give him the first impression of a weakling for a guardian.  

“WHAT!? why would it mean anything else my dear~. Your manors are improving by the second, how very perceptive that you noticed it was an abbreviation.” the demon would then clap his claws together as if to applaud the guardian, “Oh superb~”

A short chuckle escaped the guardian. “Well it doesn’t exactly take someone with a master’s degree to figure it out. You’re pretty jubilant for a demon. Are you always this spiffy?”

the chuckling would die down before the demon would straighten out his tule and smiles,”only when I am in a good mood m’dear”

A spot of curiosity sparked within her. “What happens when your not in a good mood?” She bit on the inside of her cheek.

“ohoh that~ well” quickly the creature would transform into a giant being of pure rage and power that towered over cities(had any been around),”this!”

The guardian stared in awe with her eyes widened and lips slightly parted. “Wow.. That’s.. pretty magnificent. See, that’s the way a lot of people see you as. For some reason though, it doesn’t make much of a difference to me than the other form does.” She shrugs, looking off to the side.

After transforming back the demon would place his arms behind his back and simply chuckle while his heals clicked with every step he made toward the female,”and why is that? to answer the question by the way, I take this form because it is more appeasing to me, you do realize I could take any form I desire?”

“Yeah, I realize that.” she looks down at her necklace and fiddles with the base. “I guess I just don’t see a difference because I have seen darkness in so many forms, so frequently that everything in my head is… dark.. now.” She bit her lip. “It can also explain why I’m unafraid of dark forces.. such as you.”
